Description

A refreshing and cozy Iced Oat Pumpkin Spice Coffee that combines cold brewed coffee with creamy oat milk, pumpkin puree, and warming pumpkin spice. Perfect for autumn or any time you crave a spiced, chilled coffee treat.

Ingredients

Drink Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold brewed coffee (480 ml)
  • 1 cup oat milk (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill Coffee: Brew 2 cups (480 ml) of coffee and let it chill completely in the refrigerator to ensure a cold base for the iced drink.
  2. Prepare Glasses: Fill serving glasses evenly with 1 cup of ice cubes to keep the drink chilled and refreshing.
  3. Pour Coffee: Pour the chilled cold brew coffee into each glass over the ice cubes.
  4. Mix Pumpkin Milk: In a jar, combine oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice blend, and vanilla extract thoroughly.
  5. Froth Mixture: Shake or froth this oat pumpkin milk mixture vigorously for about 40 seconds until a light foam forms, adding an airy texture.
  6. Combine and Serve: Pour the frothed oat pumpkin mixture over the iced coffee. Stir gently to blend the flavors and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use cold brewed coffee for smoothness and to avoid bitterness.
  • Adjust maple syrup to taste if you prefer a sweeter or less sweet drink.
  • Use a milk frother or a tightly sealed jar to achieve the best frothing results.
  • For a vegan and dairy-free option, ensure the pumpkin puree does not contain any additives.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh froth and cold temperature.
