Description

This Blueberry Crumble Iced Latte is a refreshing and flavorful beverage that combines the sweetness of blueberry crumble syrup with creamy frothed milk, espresso, and a touch of cinnamon sugar topping. Perfect for a quick pick-me-up or a delightful treat on a warm day.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice (Essential for refreshing chill)
  • 2 oz Blueberry Crumble Syrup (Can use store-bought if short on time)
  • 2 oz espresso (Use strong brewed coffee for a different flavor)
  • 5 oz milk of choice (Can substitute with dairy-free alternatives)
  • 1–2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk (Adjust for lower sugar option)

Topping

  • ½ Tbsp brown sugar (Enhances sweetness)
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon (Adjust according to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon sugar (Mix brown sugar with cinnamon for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix together ½ tablespoon of brown sugar with ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Fill Glass With Ice and Syrup: Fill a tall glass about three-quarters full with crushed ice. Pour in the 2 ounces of Blueberry Crumble Syrup over the ice.
  3. Froth Milk: Combine 5 ounces of your milk of choice with 1–2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Froth the mixture until creamy and slightly thickened.
  4. Assemble Drink: Slowly pour the frothed milk over the ice and syrup mixture, followed by 2 ounces of freshly brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee for a different variation.
  5. Add Topping and Serve: Sprinkle the prepared cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the latte. Serve immediately for a chilled, flavorful coffee treat.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk to control sweetness.
  • You can substitute espresso with strong brewed coffee if preferred.
  • Use dairy-free milk alternatives like almond, oat, or soy milk for a vegan option.
  • Make the cinnamon sugar topping in larger batches to keep on hand for multiple servings.
  • Crushed ice is essential for the right texture and chill factor.
