Description

The Ultimate Incredible Halloween Cheesecake is a festive, creamy dessert with bold Halloween colors and spooky toppings. With a cookie crust and smooth layered filling, it’s the perfect show-stopping centerpiece for your Halloween party or family gathering.

Ingredients

24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup sour cream

3 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

Food coloring (orange, purple, green, or black)

Whipped cream, for topping

Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, or gummy worms for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Divide batter into bowls and color each with food coloring.
  5. Layer or spoon colored batters into crust. Swirl lightly or stack for bold layers.
  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off oven, crack door, and cool cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with Halloween decorations.

Notes

Use graham cracker crust for a lighter flavor.

Add chocolate or caramel drizzle for extra indulgence.

Bake mini versions in muffin tins for parties.

Top with crushed cookies and candy tombstones for a graveyard theme.

Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
