Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 46 bananas)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
