Description
Salted Maple Cold Brew is a smooth, refreshing iced coffee topped with a silky maple-sweetened cream foam and a hint of sea salt. It’s quick, indulgent, and feels like a café treat made right in your own kitchen.
Ingredients
1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
¼ cup whole milk
2 teaspoons 100% maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Ice, for serving
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee concentrate.
- In a small measuring cup or jar, combine milk, maple syrup, and sea salt.
- Froth with a milk frother until doubled in volume and foamy. If no frother, shake vigorously in a sealed jar until slightly foamy.
- Slowly pour the foam over the iced cold brew, spooning the froth on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Swap whole milk with oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
Use half-and-half or heavy cream for a richer, creamier foam.
Replace cold brew with chilled espresso and add milk for an iced maple latte.
Add cinnamon or nutmeg to the milk for a cozy fall twist.
Cold brew concentrate keeps in the fridge for up to a week, but always make foam fresh for best results.
