Description

Salted Maple Cold Brew is a smooth, refreshing iced coffee topped with a silky maple-sweetened cream foam and a hint of sea salt. It’s quick, indulgent, and feels like a café treat made right in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate

¼ cup whole milk

2 teaspoons 100% maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the cold brew coffee concentrate.
  2. In a small measuring cup or jar, combine milk, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  3. Froth with a milk frother until doubled in volume and foamy. If no frother, shake vigorously in a sealed jar until slightly foamy.
  4. Slowly pour the foam over the iced cold brew, spooning the froth on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Swap whole milk with oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version.

Use half-and-half or heavy cream for a richer, creamier foam.

Replace cold brew with chilled espresso and add milk for an iced maple latte.

Add cinnamon or nutmeg to the milk for a cozy fall twist.

Cold brew concentrate keeps in the fridge for up to a week, but always make foam fresh for best results.
