Description

A collection of refreshing and fruity summer mocktails made with fresh fruits, herbs, and sparkling water. Perfect for staying cool and hydrated during hot days without any alcohol.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh fruits (watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, limes, oranges, pineapple)

12 cups sparkling water or club soda

12 sprigs fresh herbs (mint, basil, or rosemary)

12 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup fresh juice (lemon, lime, orange, or cranberry)

Instructions

  1. Muddle fresh fruits and herbs at the bottom of a glass or pitcher to release their flavors.
  2. Add ice to the glass or pitcher.
  3. Pour in fresh juice and a touch of sweetener if using.
  4. Top off with sparkling water or club soda.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with extra fruit slices or herbs for presentation.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Use flavored seltzers for a unique twist.

Substitute coconut water or pineapple juice for tropical flavors.

Add coconut milk or blend with crushed ice for a creamy version.

Infuse with herbs overnight for deeper flavor.

Add jalapeños or ginger for a spicy kick.

Store leftover mix without sparkling water and add fizz before serving.
