Description

Refreshing Peach Sangria is a light, fruity cocktail made with white wine, peach Schnapps, fresh peaches, blueberries, and mint. Perfect for summer entertaining, it’s crisp, slightly sweet, and can be prepped ahead for easy serving.


Ingredients

1 bottle white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

½ cup peach Schnapps

1 large peach, thinly sliced

⅓ cup fresh blueberries

57 sprigs fresh mint

12 tablespoons agave nectar (optional, for sweetness)

Sparkling water (optional, for topping)

Ice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Add white wine, peach Schnapps, sliced peaches, blueberries, mint, and agave nectar (if using) to a large pitcher.
  2. Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (4 hours preferred) to let flavors meld.
  3. To serve, fill glasses with ice, pour sangria, and top with sparkling water if desired.
  4. Garnish each glass with some fruit and a sprig of mint.

Notes

Use Moscato or Riesling if you prefer a sweeter sangria.

Substitute peaches with strawberries, raspberries, mango, or pineapple.

For a frozen sangria, blend with ice until slushy.

Add rum or vodka for a stronger cocktail.

Replace mint with fresh basil for an herbal twist.
