Description

Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful skewers of marinated chicken coated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and parmesan. Grilled or baked, they’re an easy protein-packed dinner perfect for cookouts, meal prep, or weeknight meals.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Wooden or metal skewers

Optional: chopped parsley or extra parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the marinade until well coated. Marinate at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  4. Thread chicken evenly onto skewers.
  5. Grill method: Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred.
  6. Oven method: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan before serving.

Notes

Add bell peppers, onions, or zucchini to skewers for a veggie boost.

Mix Greek yogurt into the marinade for extra creaminess.

Add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.

If short on time, skip marinating and cook immediately—the flavor is still great.

Serve with rice, potatoes, grilled corn, or salad for a complete meal.
