Description
Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful skewers of marinated chicken coated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and parmesan. Grilled or baked, they’re an easy protein-packed dinner perfect for cookouts, meal prep, or weeknight meals.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Optional: chopped parsley or extra parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken pieces in the marinade until well coated. Marinate at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Thread chicken evenly onto skewers.
- Grill method: Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred.
- Oven method: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan before serving.
Notes
Add bell peppers, onions, or zucchini to skewers for a veggie boost.
Mix Greek yogurt into the marinade for extra creaminess.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
If short on time, skip marinating and cook immediately—the flavor is still great.
Serve with rice, potatoes, grilled corn, or salad for a complete meal.
