Description

Ingredients

1 large egg

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon almond flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  4. Lightly grease the waffle iron if needed.
  5. Pour half the batter into the center and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
