Description

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

12 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia, to taste)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or heavy cream

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: sugar-free whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings (85%+), cinnamon, or sugar-free marshmallows


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in milk or cream over medium heat until smooth.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, whisking frequently to create a silky texture.

Notes
