Description

Keto Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bites are low-carb, sweet spirals filled with creamy cinnamon-flavored filling, sautéed to a crispy golden finish. They’re a quick and indulgent dessert, snack, or brunch treat that fits perfectly into a keto lifestyle.


Ingredients

2 soft taco-sized zero carb tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute

2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons Swerve granulated sugar substitute

2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered Swerve, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla evenly.
  3. Roll up tortillas tightly around the filling.
  4. Freeze rolls for 1 hour to firm up the filling.
  5. Slice each roll into bite-sized spirals.
  6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté bites until golden and crispy on all sides.
  7. In a small bowl, mix granulated Swerve with remaining 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon “sugar” over the warm bites before serving.
