Ingredients
6 zero-carb small keto tortillas
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute (plus extra for dusting)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and Swerve until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a line of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with fresh blueberries and roll tortillas tightly. Place seam-side down on greased air fryer rack.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Dust lightly with additional Swerve before serving.
Notes
Swap blueberries for raspberries or strawberries for variety.
Add a spoon of peanut or almond butter to the filling for richness.
