Wrap Components
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss well to coat all pieces evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Cook the chicken strips: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket, taking care not to overcrowd. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through to cook evenly until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Assemble the wraps: Remove cooked chicken strips from the air fryer. On each whole wheat tortilla, layer fresh spinach leaves, followed by a generous handful of shredded mozzarella cheese, and then the hot chicken strips.
- Roll the wraps: Tightly roll each tortilla to enclose the fillings. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to help with browning and crispiness.
- Crisp the wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down into the air fryer basket. Air fry again at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until the tortillas are golden and crispy on the outside.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool for a moment. Slice each wrap in half and serve with optional ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
