Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon parsley until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle toward the point, tucking the edges to seal.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and remaining parsley.
- Brush each roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
- Let cool 2–3 minutes, then serve warm with extra garlic butter or marinara for dipping.
Notes
Make-Ahead: Assemble and refrigerate (covered) up to 8 hours before baking; add 1–2 minutes to bake time if dough is cold.

Cheese Variations: Substitute sharp cheddar, pepper jack, or a three-cheese blend for different flavors.
Herb Twist: Add a pinch of dried oregano or basil to the garlic butter for extra aroma.
Dipping Sauces: Serve with warm marinara, ranch, or extra garlic butter on the side.
