3 tablespoons water
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons milk
Green food coloring
Holiday sprinkles
Yellow star toppers
Disposable piping bag

3 round cookie/biscuit cutters (small, medium, large)
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions using eggs, oil, and water. Let them cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add milk gradually until the frosting is smooth but thick enough to pipe.
- Add green food coloring to achieve a vibrant green color.
- Fit a piping bag with a Wilton 1M star tip and fill with frosting.
- Use cookie cutters to cut small, medium, and large circles from the cooled brownie sheet.
- Place the largest brownie circle on a plate, pipe frosting on top, stack the medium circle, pipe again, then top with the smallest circle.
- Pipe a swirl of frosting on the top to complete the tree shape.
- Decorate with sprinkles and top with a yellow star.
- Repeat with remaining brownies.
Notes
Ensure the frosting is thick to hold the brownie layers together.
You can use a zip-top bag instead of a piping bag.
Store at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Do not reheat assembled trees as frosting may melt.
Try different toppings like mini M&Ms or coconut for variety.
