10 Minute Tiramisu Balls are quick, no-bake treats inspired by the classic Italian dessert. With mascarpone, coffee, cocoa, and crushed ladyfingers, they pack all the indulgent tiramisu flavors into bite-sized, make-ahead sweets perfect for entertaining or gifting.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups ladyfinger cookies or sponge fingers, crushed into fine crumbs
8 oz mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder
1 tbsp dark rum or coffee liqueur (optional)
Cocoa powder (for coating)
Optional: melted chocolate, crushed nuts, or sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- Crush ladyfinger cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and espresso powder until smooth. Stir in rum or liqueur if using.
- Fold in the cookie crumbs until a soft dough forms that holds together when pressed.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Coat each ball in cocoa powder, or dip in melted chocolate for variation.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes to firm before serving.
Notes
Swap mascarpone with cream cheese for a tangier twist.
Adjust espresso powder for a stronger or milder coffee flavor.
Roll in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or cinnamon sugar for variety.
For alcohol-free, use strong brewed espresso instead of liqueur (reduce liquid slightly).
